The lead guest must be aged 23 years or older. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests will be charged if the maximum occupancy for the apartment is exceeded without prior authorisation from the property.

Cleaning, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available for an additional fee.

Early and late check-in can be arranged, subject to availability for an extra charge of GBP 30 between 18:00 and 21:00 and GBP 50 between 21:00 and 23:00.

If you expect to arrive after 23:00 please notify the property prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when making your booking.

The property operates a meet and greet check-in policy, so please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 24-hours prior to arrival. For same day bookings, please inform the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having to wait to gain access while a member of staff travels to meet you.

A security deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform South Kensington & Chelsea Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 4歲弟被霸凌雙手全掐痕！女星拿鉗子衝學校：指甲拔光
有「真人版娜美」封號的29歲大馬女神林明禎，因擁有甜美臉蛋及魔鬼身材，5年前在網路上爆紅，隨後在台灣開展演藝事業，由於自小就是媽媽一手拉拔4姊弟長大，單親的林明禎格外珍惜家人。近日她受訪時提到，曾有次4歲的弟弟在學校被欺負，雙手滿是指甲掐痕及淤青，讓她氣得拿鉗子衝到學校找校長理論，揚言「我要拔光他指甲」！
 
林明禎在家中排行老二，上有1位姊姊，還有2位弟弟。據ETtoday報導，因父母在她9歲時便離異，林明禎自小學4年級就開始「姊代母職」照顧弟弟，洗澡、換頂級酒店訂房費用尿布和泡奶都是她的工作，甚至半夜會推嬰兒車在馬路上走，只會哄睡弟弟，林明禎笑稱「他旅舍訂房折扣們就像我的孩子一樣」。

後來林明禎高中畢業後，就和姊姊一起負擔弟弟的學費，如今2個弟弟個頭都比她還高，大弟現在在補習班兼職，在拿到第1份薪水時，就立刻買冰淇淋請姊姊吃，讓林明禎感動直呼「我的弟弟終於長大了」。

 高雄MIZUNO國際馬拉松 明日下午2時開放報名

2019第10屆高雄MIZUNO國際馬拉松將在明年2月17日盛大開跑，明日下午2時起開放報名，額滿或至12月25日晚間23時59分截止，全馬組（42.195公里）6000人、超半馬組（約25公里）8000人、休閒組（約3.5公里）。

主辦單位表示，今年賽事沿途行經城市光廊、玫瑰教堂、真愛碼頭、駁二藝術特區、露德聖母堂等多個記載高雄歷史與文化的舊建築，跑者甚至能與市內環狀輕軌列車一同奔跑，不僅讓跑者欣賞高雄港邊風景，更是相當特別的經驗。

高雄MIZUNO國際馬拉松邁入第10年，國內冠軍獎金將加碼至10萬元，Mizuno 更推出紀念款跑鞋，只要前400名購買紀念鞋的跑者皆免報名費，歡迎國內外好手踴躍報名參加。
