高市府新人事 丁樂群將任行政暨國際處長
高雄市政府今天發布新任行政暨國際處處長人事令，由外交官出身的丁樂群接任，10月7日生效民宿優惠預訂上任。

台南興國中學，今天上午舉辦校慶運動會，但是由於空氣品質實在太糟糕，學生本來還在操場跳大會操，後來因為教育局督導來電告知，校方立即取消下午戶外活動。
台南市環保局空噪科長朱玫瑰：「最主要是因為這兩天都是吹東風，那我們西半部其實都是處於背風面，那背風面的話它就是水平移動的，擴散速度就不好，預計到禮拜五東北季風加強之後，它的汙染物才會比較有利於擴散。」
因為地處背風，影響南臺灣天空霧濛濛，空氣品質差，除了戴起口罩自保，也盡量減少戶外活動。
