Please note that parking is subject to availability and by prior arrangement, as parking spaces are limited.

Check-in after 19:00 is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

From 19:00 - 21:00: GBP 30

After 21:00: GBP 50

Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.

This property requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for all reservations. If you expect to be late for your scheduled check-in time, please notify the property at least 1 hour prior to check-in. There will be no fee if you notify the property in advance.

A fee of GBP 30 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late arrival (over 15 minutes), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.

The accommodation will charge a fee of GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.

Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Please inform Millharbour in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

颱風米塔挾豐沛雨量　宜蘭山區上看800毫米
中颱米塔帶來豐沛雨量，中央氣象局預估颱風期間各地總雨量，以宜蘭山區最多，上看800毫米，而宜蘭平地預估最多也可達到600毫米。

氣象局表示，最近1個小時比較大的時雨量大概在台東地區，有到20到30毫米左右，隨著颱風逐漸接近，預估接下來降雨的情況，尤其是北台灣會更為明顯，宜蘭總雨量有超過大豪雨的可能。

氣象局預測颱風警報期間山區總雨量部分，以宜蘭500至800毫米最高，其次是新北市500至700毫米、桃園市400至600毫米、花蓮2網路訂飯店教學00至400毫米、基隆和新竹都是200至350毫米、苗栗150至300毫米、台中及南投都是150至250毫米。

平地總雨量部分，最高也是出現在宜蘭400至600毫米，其優惠預訂飯店次是新北市350至500毫米，再來是基隆市200至350毫米、台北市150至300毫米、花蓮及桃園市、旅館預訂費用新竹縣都是150至250毫米、新竹市為80至150毫米。

氣象局表示，米塔的路徑基本上大致上是沿著東北部的近海，然後通過到台灣北部海面，當颱風走到東北部沿岸時，颱風逆時針旋轉的環流會在台灣的中部以北，尤其是北部地區帶來的是西北風到偏西風，所以迎風面的北部山區，降雨就會比較明顯；北部的平地，因為颱風環流的關係，也會有一陣陣比較大的雨勢。

氣象局說，到9月1日清晨，東半部的降雨因為變成背風側，因此雨勢稍微趨緩，但整個北部、中部和南部的山區，還是要留意雨勢，預估到1日白天過後才會漸漸趨緩。

風力預測部分，原先針對宜蘭地區平均風力預測是6到7級、陣風達9至10級；花蓮地區是5到6級，陣風達到9級。氣象局指出，由於颱風在過去的路徑有稍微偏西，然後強度略為增強，針對今天下午這段期間，宜蘭、花蓮地區的風力的預估，有往上調整，宜蘭預估平均風力9至10級、陣風11至12級；花蓮平均風力是6到7級，陣風會達到9到10級。（中央社）
