重要須知【必讀】

Guests must be aged 23 or over. Guests aged 18 years or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must match the name of the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card.

The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.

Cleaning and linen and towel changes are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.

The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.

If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be added in the Special Requests box when booking.

Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Please inform Hunsens wharf apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

黏滿肥壁虎…1張驚人密集照　網嚇呆：中秋團圓？
不少人趁著中秋節3天連假返鄉，與親友團聚、出遊或烤肉。1名男網友日前就在臉書發文，並PO出1張「團圓照」，只見天花板上黏著肥大的壁虎，數一數至少達20幾隻，數量相當驚人，讓原PO也不禁直呼「中秋月圓人團圓，壁虎也來大團圓！」


該名男網友在臉書社團「爆廢公社公開版」發文並PO照，只見他所站之處的天花板上，爬滿蜜月旅行必選20幾隻肥大的壁虎，密集程度相當嚇人，讓目睹這一幕的原PO當場傻眼，驚呼「壁虎也來大團圓，南部的壁虎真是又大又肥」事後他也在留言補充表示「一到晚上時，電燈開啟，會有很多趨光性的蚊蟲聚集在燈光處，這時就是壁虎的集合五星級飯店時間了」。


此文一出立刻引起熱烈討論，並吸引超過千人按讚，不少網友紛紛留言「這太誇張了吧！你家是壁虎穴刷卡訂房價格比價喔！」、「我要吐了！最怕壁虎」、「這麼多隻一起，還真的覺得有點噁心」、「嚇死人，是在開家族會議嗎？」、「都阿嬤養的」、「這裡食物一定很充足」、「牠如果掉下來在我頭上…」、「一隻我可以接受，一群我真的不行，密集恐懼症都起來了」、「 壁虎在泰國象徵好運也能聚財」。
