A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.

5旬婦遭「日行一善」毆失明　路人助逃魔掌
日行一善組織又爆出受害者！台中張姓婦人，被組織成員打到雙眼失明，被關了9天才被帶去醫院，就醫過程中趁機向路人求救，女兒接到求救電話，衝到醫院接媽媽回家出國自由行刷卡訂房，整個逃跑過程，就像電影情節。


張姓婦人作勢從椅子上站起來要走路，一旁的看護馬上牽起他的手攙扶他，因為婦人的雙眼，被中華日行一善的成員打到失明。

當事婦人：「就是不服從，他叫我做什麼我沒做，(調整的方法是什麼)，用打的，一定打兩邊，還有從下顎打訂房價格便宜上去，後腦勺打下去。」

婦人眼眶泛淚，自己被日行一善成員虐待，想跑都跑不掉。

婦人躺在病床上，胸口一塊塊大片瘀青，全是被日行一善成員，拿棍棒毆打受傷的，雙眼用紗布包著，臉頰瘦削只剩下皮包骨。


當事婦人：「(算限制妳的行動不讓妳走)，限制這邊所有日行一善的人。」

婦人被打到失明後，整整被關了9天，直到日行一善成員驚覺事態嚴重，才帶她就醫。

當事婦人：「又把我帶回去，又被他從頭又打。」

婦人就醫時，曾試圖逃跑，直到2天後再旅館訂房資訊去看眼科，終於被他等到機會。

當事婦人：「那邊大人小孩在玩，我就喊小姐，妳讓我拜託一下好嗎？她說什麼事，我說幫我打電話給我女兒。」

婦人的女兒，一接到媽媽的求救電話，連忙衝去醫院，趁日行一善的成人員還沒反應過來把媽媽救走，驚險過程就像電影情節真實上演。


當事婦人：「沒有怎樣啊，有，有在照顧，從頭一直打。」

婦人說加入日休一善2年多，從今年6月，開始對信徒施暴，整整被虐待1個月，才僥倖逃出，邪教組織的魔掌。



 鴻海否認轉移陸員工至威州 強調持續在美徵才

鴻海 (2317-TW) 集團赴美設廠，並透過各種管道積極徵才，不過有外媒報導，鴻海徵才不順，並規劃將中國大陸的員工轉至美國新廠，引發外界高度關注，不過鴻海對外發表聲明否認該報導內容，並強調未來將持續在美找到足夠的工人。

根據《華爾街日報》報導，鴻海去年砸下 100 億美元 (約新台幣 3100 億元) 在威州建造液晶顯示面板生產園區，並規劃在當地召募 1.3 萬名員工，如今卻傳出當地技術性人才短缺，招工不如預期，集團考慮引進中國員工。

不過此說法遭到鴻海集團嚴正否認，根據外媒 GIZMODO 報導，鴻海透過書面聲明對外強調，沒有招聘中國大陸人員至威州工廠的規劃。

依照該聲明內容指出，鴻海集團目前仍全力在招募以及培訓來自威州的工人，不過也將根據需求，從美國其他地方補充人力。

從數據來看，威州 9 月失業率僅為 3%，低於全美平均 3.7% 的水準，顯示當地技術性人才短缺，鴻海的確面臨技術人才招募的問題。

目前鴻海集團在美主要透過大學徵才、退伍軍人招募、以及舉辦大型就業博覽會等，加強人力招聘的力道，當前集團在威州招聘上千個職位，涵蓋人力資源，硬體、軟體工程，財務會計、法律、業務分析，圖形和室內設計、施工管理以及銷售營銷等各種領域。
