There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.

All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.

There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.

Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

雇逃逸移工幫經營民宿　生意太好曝身分
民宿生意太好，雇請逃逸移工被人發現！一名越南籍的逃逸女移工，三年前來到台灣，本來工作是看護，但之後對象過世，合約到期應該就要回到越南，結果她落跑到拉拉山山上果園工作，恰巧又遇上同一個雇主，就回鍋幫忙管景點民宿訂房理山上的民宿，因為移工的中文很好，再加上還會主動招攬客人，生意越做越好，也讓自己身分曝光。


接到線報，聽到民宿有逃逸移工，專案小組成員立刻前往查看。

逃逸移工阿桃vs.員警：「可以住嗎，住宿嗎，對，有，你們這邊有幾間房，我們四人房是三千二。」

果真來應門的，就是一名越籍移工，而且她中文超流利。

民宿的大小事都相當清楚，對答如流，彷彿就是民宿的老闆娘，可是她卻是從去年12月，就已經失聯的36歲女移工阿桃。

原來她3度假村提前預訂優惠年前來到台灣，之後在桃園蘆竹擔任看護，但是隨著照顧的對象過世，等於沒了工作，又不想回國，只好落跑逃到拉拉山上，直到今年6月，再次和之前的邱姓雇主連絡上，幫忙經營民宿。


專勤隊副隊長范育誠：「邱姓業者為了將其(移工)留下，把民宿交付其管理，甚至充當民宿，消防管理人員的角色。」

就是因為看中阿桃的中文能力，訂房比價明明知道這樣是違法雇請勞工，但邱姓雇主還是照樣雇用，而且為了配合政府單位的防災要求，阿桃甚至還會扮演消防管理人員，熟練的配合演練。以為躲在山上，這樣就不會被人發現，但因為民宿生意好，還會主動招攬客人，名氣太過響亮，引來注意，現在阿桃不但要被遣返，而邱姓雇主也會遭到裁罰，最重被罰75萬。
