Canary wharf Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded. If you fail to provide photographic ID, Canary wharf Apartments may refuse the entry.

In case of anti-social behaviour, or abuse to the staff, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund or redress.

Please note the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival up to 50% of the total cost. Reservations may be required to pay a deposit of up to GBP 500 which will be refunded up on departure subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The property has a strict non-party policy.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded.

Photo ID in the form of a passport or driving license is required at check-in.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Reception closes at 22:00. Late check-in must be requested in advance or then you will be considered a no-show.

iPhone 11首賣估優預期　「夜幕綠」發貨時間長
蘋果（Apple）3款新iPhone 11全機種將於20日開賣，分析師預估首週末預購將優於預期，上調今年iPhone 11系列出貨量到7000萬支至7500萬支，不過預期夜幕綠機種發貨時間較長。

天風國際證券分析師郭明錤出具報告指出，由於蘋果不會公告預購結果，而蘋果官網占整體iPhone銷售約30%到40%，因此預期蘋果官網提供的出貨時間變化，較能反映預購需求。

從時間點來看，郭明錤表示，把今年首週末預購結果與去年2018年比較無意義。由於去年發售的iPhoneXR預購至10月才開始，因此今年9月20日的首週末iPhone 11系列預購結果，無疑可年成長。

從產品色系來看，報告指出，iPhone 11 Pro的夜幕綠、iPhone 11的綠色與紫色，發貨日期均約需2週到3週或更長，其他顏色平均發貨時間可短於10天。

郭明錤也點出，目前夜幕綠機種的玻璃背蓋有生產問題，因此也會讓發貨時間更長。

報告預估，iPhone 11系列首週末預購將優於預期，主要是iPhone高階機型在美國市場需求強勁，在中國市場即使面臨華為（Huawei）強力競爭，但在中國iPhone市占率可望逐漸改善。

郭明錤上調今年iPhone 11系列出貨量到7000萬支到7500萬支，並預期今年第4季iPhone產業鏈可望穩健成長。

其中在中國市場，郭明錤預期iPho員工旅遊省錢訂房ne 11在中國市場需求較美國強勁，首先對於iPhone 6/6s/7使用者而言，iPhone 11是好的升級選擇；其次iPhone 11價格調降，iPhone 11售價約是中國1個月到1.3個月平均薪資，已接近價格甜蜜點；此外24個月免息分期付款，降低採購障礙。

蘋果iPhone 11共3款新機將於20日在台開賣，通路業者看好親民版價格助攻，且台灣本次到貨量充足，刺激買氣，估計首波到貨新機中，親民版的iPho度假推薦ne 11到貨占比逾5成以上。

根據蘋果台灣官網顯示的3款新機售價，6.1吋採用LCD螢幕的iPhone 11售價新台幣2萬4900元起，較去年推出的iPhone XR降低2000元；5.8吋採用OLED螢幕的國內外親子旅遊費用iPhone 11 Pro售價3萬5900元起；6.5吋採用OLED螢幕的iPhone 11 Pro Max售價3萬9900元起。（中央社）



 一家三口車禍走了兩人 家屬怒控：肇事者不出面

持續追蹤這起兩死車禍。坐在車上的一家三口，20日凌晨開車南下，準備前往高雄參加路跑，沒想到途中挨撞，一家三口走了兩個，一下痛失愛女和孫女，死者的媽媽難以接受，憤恨的指控肇事駕駛，事發後躲了5個小時不願出來道歉。對此，肇事駕駛解釋，事發一開始根本對於車禍帶走兩條人命、並不知情，強調自己也有孩子，對於意外感同身受。現在一家三口唯一倖存的曾姓駕駛，人還在醫院，剛接受完手術，暫時沒有生命危險。


看看一家三口po出的照片，夫妻兩感情很好，時常臉貼臉、牽手合照，還拍下5歲小女兒的可愛影片，根據了解，受傷的曾姓男子，是紅色轎車中唯一的倖存者，他本身聽障人士，但家人說開車一向平穩，他和老婆兩人熱愛運動，這回載著年僅5歲的小女兒一起開夜車南下，要參加路跑活動，誰知途中挨撞，釀成天人永隔的悲劇，叫家屬難以接受、哀痛不已。
